Park46 Real Estate Reaches $250 Million in Sales Volume Since Launch
In February 2023, we took a leap. After many years in the big-box brokerage world, we decided it was time to build something of our own and launched Park46 Real Estate as a boutique brokerage built around a simple idea: real estate could be personal, collaborative, and deeply connected to the communities we serve.
Since launching Park46, we’re incredibly proud to have reached more than $250 million in sales volume. 🥂
That number is exciting, but for us, it’s not really about the number. It represents the homes we helped clients buy and sell, the conversations that happened around kitchen tables, the moves that marked new chapters, and the relationships that continued long after a transaction closed.
For us, $250 million is a reflection of the people and relationships that have shaped Park46 since the beginning.
What $250 Million Means to Us
When we started Park46, we knew building an independent real estate company would come with its share of challenges. There would be plenty to figure out along the way, from building the business and growing our team to creating a client experience that genuinely reflected how we wanted to work.
What we didn’t want was for growth to come at the expense of personal service.
That remains important to us today.
Our approach has always been centered around knowing the market, understanding the people we represent, and taking the time to understand what each client actually needs. A first-time buyer in Pleasanton may need very different guidance than a longtime Tri-Valley homeowner preparing to sell. A move to Livermore can involve completely different considerations from a move within the same neighborhood.
That local perspective is a big part of who we are.
And reaching $250 million gives us a chance to pause and appreciate how many people have trusted us along the way.
Why We Chose a Different Path
Launching Park46 wasn’t simply about creating another real estate brokerage. It was about creating a place where experienced real estate professionals could work together while maintaining the personal relationships that make this business meaningful.
We wanted to build a boutique real estate company where clients would feel heard, informed, and well cared for.
That philosophy continues to guide how we work today.
From preparing a home for market to navigating negotiations, evaluating an offer, or helping a buyer understand the nuances of a particular Tri-Valley neighborhood, we believe good real estate advice should be thoughtful and specific to the situation—not one-size-fits-all.
Our clients deserve to know not only what is happening in the market, but what it could mean for their particular move.
Rooted in Pleasanton and the Tri-Valley
Park46 has deep roots in Pleasanton and the surrounding Tri-Valley communities.
We know that buying or selling a home here is about more than square footage, bedrooms, and price. It can also be about commute times, neighborhood character, schools, parks, restaurants, trails, wineries, community connections, and the lifestyle that comes with living in the area.
That local knowledge becomes especially valuable when market conditions change.
Our role is to help clients separate the broader headlines from what is actually happening in the neighborhoods and price ranges that matter to them.
That has always been one of the most rewarding parts of our work.
The People Behind the Milestone
Park46 was founded by Susan Schall and Stephany Jenkins, whose shared vision helped shape the company from the beginning.

Susan brings years of experience and a deep connection to the Pleasanton and Tri-Valley communities. Stephany brings her own perspective, experience, and commitment to providing clients with thoughtful guidance throughout the real estate process.
Together with our team of REALTORS®, we work collaboratively rather than treating every transaction as an individual effort.
More Than a Sales Number
Reaching more than $250 million in sales volume since launching Park46 is a significant milestone for our boutique brokerage. But when we look back, what stands out most isn’t the number itself. It’s the people and relationships behind it.
It’s the clients who trusted us with some of life’s biggest decisions.
It’s the agents who believed in what we were building and chose to join us.
It’s the friends and family who encouraged us when we were taking that first leap.
And it’s the local relationships we’ve built and continue to grow throughout Pleasanton and the Tri-Valley.
There are also the countless everyday moments that make up this business—showings, inspections, negotiations, closing days, phone calls, emails, and conversations. Each one has played a part in bringing Park46 to where it is today.
That’s what makes this milestone so meaningful to us.
Looking Ahead
We’re grateful for how far Park46 has come since that leap in February 2023.
We’re also excited about what comes next.
The Tri-Valley continues to evolve, and so does the way people buy, sell, and experience real estate. We’ll continue learning, adapting, and looking for better ways to serve our clients while staying true to the personal approach that inspired us to start Park46 in the first place.
To everyone who has trusted us, worked alongside us, referred a friend or family member, supported our team, or simply cheered us on: thank you.
And a special thank you to our partners at SIDE for celebrating this milestone with us and supporting Park46 along the way.
We’re proud of $250 million.
But we’re even more proud of the relationships behind it.
$250 million down. And we’re just getting started.
